I’ve used 7NOW quite a few times now and haven’t had any issues with payments. My card gets charged the right amount, and the order usually shows up fast after I pay. I did have one refund that took a little longer than I expected, but it came through eventually. Overall, I feel like I can trust the payment side of it, no weird extra charges or anything like that. There’s just something about it that feels straightforward.

I use 7Now when I need something fast from the store, most of the time it shows up quickly, which is great when I’m in full snack-emergency mode. But the actual store picking can be so hit or miss it makes me want to dramatically stare out a window like I’ve been betrayed.
My last order had a couple things missing, and one snack got swapped for something I absolutely did not want. The refund did come through, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but when you’re counting on specific items, it’s wildly annoying. Not awful overall, but they really need to tighten up the picking

I tried 7now.com for the first time the other night because it reminded me of my usual quick 7-Eleven stops after work, just without having to leave home. The checkout was really smooth. I added what I needed, entered my card, and everything went through without any weird errors or extra hassle. I also liked that the fees were shown before I paid, so there weren’t any surprises. The whole thing probably took about two minutes. No complaints from me.

I use 7Now here and there when I’m being lazy or just don’t feel like leaving the house. the delivery is usually fast, and the app is simple enough to use, so I can’t really complain about that part.

The thing that gets me is the fees. At first it looks like a decent deal, and then by the time the delivery fee, service fee, and tip show up, I’m like wait, maybe I should’ve just gone myself.

So yeah, it’s good for convenience, and I do like having it as an option, but I wouldn’t use it all the time. It’s more of a “I really don’t want to go anywhere” kind of thing for me

A couple of the things I picked ended up being sold out, and at first I kind of felt ignored because I wasn’t sure what was happening with my order. They did text me quickly after that, though, and the replacements were close enough to what I wanted. Delivery still showed up fast, so overall it wasn’t much of a hassle.

A couple of items arrived damaged, which was frustrating at first. That said, their support team refunded me really quickly, so I can’t be too upset. I’d probably still order again, but maybe not if I needed everything in perfect condition for a specific event.

I use 7Now every now and then, and for the most part it’s been solid. My orders usually show up fast enough, the app is simple to use, and the drivers I’ve had were nice.
The only thing that bugs me is the promo codes. A couple times it said the code was valid, but then at checkout it either didnt apply or suddenly said it wasn’t available in my area. Defintely a little frustrating when you think you’re getting a deal.

I’d still give it 4 stars since the actual orders have been fine, and support did fix one discount issue for me. I just wish the promo code rules were more clear up front.

I ordered some late-night snacks, the prices didn’t seem too bad. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but nothing felt overpriced, and the delivery fee seemed reasonable enough. I’ll probably use it again.

I ordered a couple of cold drinks from 7now.com they were way better than I expected. They showed up tasting fresh, not flat or weird like delivery drinks sometimes do. The ice was STILL there and everything was nice and chilled. Super convenient, and I’ll definitely use it again when I’m too lazy to leave the house.

My orders always make it to me, and I do appreciate that the service is usually dependable. Lately, though, the drivers have been arriving later than I expected a few times. Still, I feel confident ordering because things do show up and the overall experience has been good.

Ordered from 7now late at night and, shockingly, the food actually showed up hot. The fries weren’t a soggy little tragedy either, which I did not expect. Driver got here fast, everything tasted fresh enough, and the whole thing went way better than a late-night delivery probably had any right to. Happy with it.

The app works good overall. It’s easy to find what I’m looking for, and checkout was, like, really quick. The only thing is that sometimes it loads a little slow, but other than that, I’ve had a good experience.
